TrendingDraft is operated by Source Strong AI. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean Source Strong AI. When we say "you" or "your", we mean you as a user of TrendingDraft.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up via LinkedIn or Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We do not receive or store your passwords.

Profile enrichment: We may use your email address to enrich your profile with publicly available professional information (headline, company, industry, skills) via third-party data providers to improve your experience.

Content you create: Drafts, scheduled posts, vault items, and any content you create within the platform are stored in our database.

Usage data: We collect standard analytics data including pages visited, features used, and performance metrics to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve our services, personalize your experience (AI voice cloning, content suggestions), process payments, send service-related communications, and ensure security.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

  • LinkedIn & Google OAuth: Authentication only. We request minimal scopes.
  • Supabase: Database and backend infrastructure. Data is stored on Supabase servers.
  • AI providers: Powers content generation. Your context is sent to generate drafts. Providers do not use your data for model training.
  • People Data Labs: Profile enrichment using publicly available data.
  • Dodo Payments: Handles all payment processing. Subject to their own privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare: Frontend hosting and file storage (R2).

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. Passwords are never stored — authentication is handled entirely by OAuth providers.

7. Your Rights

You can: access, update, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard settings; export your drafts and vault items; request complete data deletion by emailing [email protected].

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
