1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TrendingDraft, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. TrendingDraft is operated by Source Strong AI.

2. Description of Service

TrendingDraft is an AI-powered LinkedIn and X co-pilot that helps you research trending topics, draft posts in your unique voice, and schedule them for optimal engagement. The service includes AI drafting, voice cloning, trending research, an inspiration vault, and content scheduling.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use TrendingDraft.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or systems
  • Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limits, security controls, or rate limits
  • Resell access to TrendingDraft without written permission

5. Subscriptions & Billing

TrendingDraft offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. Payments are processed via Dodo Payments. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Credits & Plan Limits

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance for research and image generation. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Drafts are unlimited but subject to a weekly soft limit to prevent misuse. We reserve the right to adjust limits with notice.

7. Content Ownership

You own all content you create using TrendingDraft. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your drafts, posts, or vault items. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided as suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content on LinkedIn or other platforms. We do not guarantee engagement, reach, or any specific outcomes.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (LinkedIn, Supabase, Cloudflare, payment processors).

10. Limitation of Liability

TrendingDraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
